It includes the use of special oils, uniquely chosen volcanic rocks and gemstones for a relaxing penetrating heat therapy while providing a unique pampering and relaxing massage service. For more information click here Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian) Bodywork is soothing, stretch-draining type massage that uses long integrative connecting strokes with various oils with a focus on wellness and awareness. Injury Treatment Massage techniques include a wide variety of methods for the rehabilitation or restoration of function due to loss because of an injury or illness. Modalities in this category used are systemic deep tissue, manual lymph drainage, connective tissue, trigger point, sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, and hydrotherapy (hot & cold packs & steam). Reflexology is a holistic therapy that works through zones of the body that are reflected in areas and points on the feet, hands and ears. Swedish Massage is one of the most common and widely known forms of massage. It includes the use of oil or lotion with stroking, kneading, friction, vibration, striking and range of motion movements. Pregnancy Massage alleviates back pain-especially low back and sciatic pain, neck and shoulder tension, reduces swelling and calf cramps, nourishes the skin, lessens fatigue, relieves headaches, providers stress relief, and offers deep relaxation that is felt by the baby as well.
